Diageo Resets the Bar for Economical Drinking
Ah, the times, they are a changing. Diageo has relaunched TheBar.com, and instead of focusing on high end cocktails and flashy Webitude, they're rolling toward the economical home bar. It turns out people are drinking in bars less thanks to the recession, in the parlance of our time. Diageo's new website reflects that, with Bar Basics for home bartending tips, Barnomics for figuring out how many drinks you can mix per bottle, and information on premade cocktail mixes.
Hopefully this new information will help you with the drinking at home, but alll we can say is - we miss Jack.

Wow guys way to drop the ball!
It’s a lot like Jessica Simpson nice to look at but not much there and if you try to dig deeper you’ll end up with a head ache.
Most of the recipes on this site are in my honest opinion terrible.
For instance (this is not exhaustive but makes the point)
French 75: way to much juice and wrong garnish
The Mojito: Personally I think Captain Morgan is a bad choice for that drink and never muddle with the ice.
Caipirissima: Your kidding right?
Captain & Cola: is recession proof it poured this way.
Scotch & Cola: Sacrilegious
Scotch & Pineapple: ROFLMFAO right
Moscow Mule: Closer but defiantly wrong!
To there credit they got the Screwdriver and Bourbon on the rocks about right. I am sure there are a few others but you have to wade though a lot of things that will make you sick before you find them.
I feel bad for any one that takes this site seriously not to mention the vendors they are not doing them selves any favors here.
Sorry to be so negative I guess its that time of the month but, Kill it with Fire!
