Beer Brewing Tips from Brew Dudes
We've always had a pretty close interest in home brewing. Our personal romance with the idea started in high school, when our group of friends realized The Man wouldn't let us buy beer, but we could buy the kits and recipe books with no problem. Let's just say fortune favors the patient.
We have had our trials and tribulations with brewing over the years - exploding wort, funky flavors due to lackadaisical sanitation, you name it. That's why we're enjoying reading Brew Dudes, a site started by some friends of ours chronicling their own experiments with being Brewmeisters. Part journal and part primer, Brew Dudes hasn't been around for very long, but we're excited to watch them grow. Just remember fellas, don't do what we did - wash your bottles thoroughly.
