How to Build a Home Bar
As spring approaches, our minds start to wander to home improvement projects. OK, maybe not really, but there is one project that has piqued our interest. We found an article over at cocktails.about.com that outlines ideas for how to build a home bar, as well as places to look for plans to build the one that's perfect for you.
Maybe adding a bar has been on your to do list for awhile or your bar is out of date and needs a little renovation or you want to transform a dry bar into a wet bar. There are a variety of styles and designs available that are easy to build yourself and if you're not the handiest person, take your ideas to a professional and let them take care of the details.

We especially like the idea for turning a hall closet into a bar, for those of us who don't own our houses or have limited space - check it out at HGTV. While you're at it, see if you can get your better half (or your roommates) to let you build a kegerator into your new bar as well. Hell, why not right?
Note: The plans in the image are from Ask the Builder if you want more tips from them.
