Halloween Drink Recipe: Voodoo Priestess Cocktail

Voodo Priestess Cocktail

Don't be afraid, the Voodoo Priestess is only a drink. Of course, it's a drink that contains two shots of spiced rum and a little bit of brandy for good measure, so maybe you should worry. Seems like a perfect Halloween drink, but beware - one too many and you'll turn into a zombie (sorry, we couldn't resist).

Find the recipe after the jump.

The Voodoo Priestess Adapted from a recipe by Thayer Lund of Forbidden Island, Alameda.

1 ounce fresh lemon juice
2 ounces Voodoo Priestess Spice Syrup (see Recipe)
1 dash orange bitters

INSTRUCTIONS:
Fill a cocktail shaker two-thirds full with ice and add all of the ingredients. Shake for approximately 15 seconds and strain into a large, ice-filled goblet.
