Fina Estampa Tequila Arrives for Review
You know what we love? Arriving at the office and finding we've been sent a package. Know what we love even more? Finding out that package contains three bottles of tequila. We've been excited to try out Fina Estampa tequila since the moment we heard of it a couple weeks ago, and it's finally arrived. We've gotten our paws on a bottle each of Fina Estampa's Blanco, Anejo, and Reposado - and based on what we've been reading over at Tequila Afficionado, we were right to be giddy.
See what Mike Morales has to say from TA has to say below, and expect a review soon.
Fina Estampa reposado won a silver medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition this past March. The Beverage Tasting Institute called Fina Estampa reposado “very refined.” And Wine Enthusiast Magazine voted Fina Estampa and its stablemate, Herencia de Plata, among the top 50 must-have spirits of 2004.
The name--Tequila Artesanal--says it all, too.
"Fina Estampa is an artisan tequila made the old fashioned way,” explains Bowen. “From the hand blown bottles to the wood cork tops, everything is done by hand.”
