How to Make Yourself Throw Up
Everybody knows they should drink responsibly, but sometimes you make a bad decision. A few too many shots, a couple extra mixed drinks, and suddenly things aren't looking as celebratory as they were a few minutes ago. There comes a point when liquor acts more like a poison than the fun fuel it usually is. That's when it's helpful to know how to safely pull your own trigger...we don't recommend doing it often, but it's a good skill to know if you're in the company of a skillful amateur drinker who accidentally ends up with a big league amount of booze in their gullet.
We found a few good tips for effectively and safely making yourself throw up at WkiHow, including drinking a bunch of water to dilute your stomach contents and the importance of brushing your teeth afterward. And remember, we're not giving you this information so you can become a booze bulimic...this is something you should only do when it's really necessary. Believe us...you'll know when the moment arrives.

Another effective way to "do the deed" is to have a glass of very warm water. After 4-5 sips of this very warm water the goal will be accomplished.
For some reason with the stomach in the rolling mode the water starts a simple gag reflex and the rest is history. Remember this only works when your stomach is churning. Sometimes a little salt added in can help some people.
wikihow obviously wasn't written by a bulimic. you're absolutely NOT supposed to brush your teeth immediately after vomiting because it can scratch the enamel and/or set the acid on your teeth. Instead you should rinse with a flouride-based mouthwash or a baking soda/water mixture and then wait an hour before brushing your teeth.
