Zygo Vodka: Time to Change Your Fuel?
Last week we put up a post about p.i.n.k. vodka, and we have to say we had some mixed feelings. Yeah, it was about vodka infused with caffeine, but we had some reservations about the name and the color associated with it, because we're not usually feeling too pink. That's why we were ecstatic when we got an email about Zygo Vodka, another caffeine-infused spirit that seemed to be closer to us in, well, spirit. Here's why:
- Not only does Zygo contain guarana, just like p.i.n.k., it also has taurine, the stuff that gives Red Bull its wings.
- Also included is mateine, the stuff that gives us such a great buzz when we drink Yerba Mate tea, the world's greatest hangover beverage.
- There was a Bear vs Shark
song playing on their website when we logged on.
- Their logo includes a hand giving the devil sign. Nuff said.

Come on! I've never had p.i.n.k. vodka - - but I've tried ZYGO. It's friggin peach flavored. How tough is that? You can make devil signs all day, but this stuff isn't fit for a dog. And even worse, it's 70 proof. As if the devil can't handle full strenth.
Hello all, I want to be very clear that i mean this comment in no way to be disrespectful or demeaning to the product under review as i have never had it...so therefore I in no way shape or form can comment on it in fairness! However, I am very aware of another product that shares the name ZYGO and i whole heartly believe that it probably existed first!!! Im a bartender and my bar has carried Zygo for over a year now! It is a peach infused vodka which we use in two of our specialty martini's ! This vodka is produced by the makers of 44 North and extremely smooth even on the rocks. As much as i am a loyal marketing agent and consumer of both 44 North and Zygo i again want to reinforce the point that this is in no way a disrespect or downfall towards the affore mentioned product(AND I IN NO WAY REPRESENT THE MAKER OF 44 NORTH AND ZYGO!) Just wanted to point out the existing product, im sure the producing companies can sort out the details! Please check out the peach infused ZYGO vodka i promise you will be very pleased!
and to the above comments, as i have already pointed out there are obviously two DIFFERENT vodka's under the label of ZYGO! and to the guy who is down on the peach flavor and proof of the Zygo vodka i very much enjoy....sorry its not "manly" enough for an obviously tough and burly guy like yourself! Apparently u either requested it or ur local bartender thought a guy like you would enjoy it! WHICH IS A PERSONAL ISSUE I DONT CARE TO ADDRESS! U can call it weak /gay whatever bottom line is it very smooth, and the flavor makes it that much more drinkable ! so Drink ur vodka/whatever and ill be drinking straight Zygo! ????????
